Copyright (DMCA) Policy

We respect intellectual property rights and ask our users to do the same.

If you believe content stored on or transmitted through BabyLog infringes your copyright, you may submit a notice under the U.S. Digital Millennium Copyright Act (DMCA), or under the equivalent procedure in your jurisdiction.

Filing a notice

Email support@babylog.ai with:

  1. Your physical or electronic signature.
  2. Identification of the copyrighted work you claim has been infringed.
  3. Identification of the material on BabyLog you claim is infringing, with enough detail (such as a URL or screenshot) for us to locate it.
  4. Your contact information (name, address, phone, email).
  5. A statement that you have a good-faith belief that the use is not authorized by the copyright owner, its agent, or the law.
  6. A statement, made under penalty of perjury, that the information in the notice is accurate and that you are the owner, or authorized to act on behalf of the owner, of the copyright.

We may share your notice with the user who posted the content.

Counter-notices

If you believe your content was removed by mistake or misidentification, email support@babylog.ai with a counter-notice including:

  1. Your physical or electronic signature.
  2. Identification of the material that was removed and where it appeared.
  3. A statement, under penalty of perjury, that you have a good-faith belief that the material was removed by mistake or misidentification.
  4. Your contact information, and a statement that you consent to the jurisdiction of the courts where you reside.

Repeat infringers

We will terminate accounts of users who are determined to be repeat infringers.

Bad-faith notices

Filing a knowingly false copyright notice or counter-notice may subject you to liability under applicable law.
