We want you to be happy with BabyLog. If you are not, here is how refunds work.
App Store purchases
Subscriptions purchased through the Apple App Store are billed and refunded by Apple. We cannot issue refunds for App Store purchases. To request a refund:
- Visit Apple's Report a Problem page, or
- Follow Apple's instructions: Request a refund for App Store or iTunes Store purchases.
Apple decides whether to grant the refund based on their policies and your local consumer law.
When we can help
If you were charged due to a clear error on our side — for example, a bug caused you to be charged twice for the same period, or you were charged after deleting your account — email support@babylog.ai with your transaction ID. We will investigate and, where Apple's process allows, help you get a refund.
Statutory rights
This policy does not limit any refund or cancellation rights you have under the consumer protection laws of your country.
